Bill caught the line drive, and stepped on second base where Pete Kilduff was. Fallowing that Bill tagged Otto miller who was running from first base to second base for the 3rd out of the inning.

The triple play was unassisted and turned by Bill Wambsganss of the Cleveland browns, in Game 5. Clarence Mitchell hit a line drive and while Wambsgasses was playing second base caught the ball and stepped on second to put out Pete Kilduff and tagged Otto Miller who was coming form first.
